07/08/14 by alejandro1979: Having been a resident for years I am very unsettled by the huge drop in ratings for St. Gregory's Beach. It's been a long time since I visited apartmentratings.com so here is my honest review. Parking: Horrible. The lots are packed full and the your car will definitely be damaged from the cars parked inches away from each other. Safety: This was the main reason I loved living here. more

02/25/14 by anonymous: AVOID!!! GREEDY, DISHONEST MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY CONCERNS I am so extremely disappointed with this property. Have lived here twice now, so I have a decent amount of experience with Archstone. Current Issue: I have just found out I will need to relocate for work in 1.5 months and submitted my early notice to vacate/offer letter, etc. I was told repeatedly at move in and prior to more

08/01/14 by gvv1980: Nice and affordable leaving options in the best neighborhood of Houston, TX. They have short term options. Maintenance is fast. Nice indoor area. Lived there from December 2013 till July 2014. Noise level as in most old complexes. more

06/14/14 by anonymous: I used to live on another cityview property, but upon the nearcoming of the birth of my son and promotions through work, I decided I needed more space. I specifically chose this location because of the property managers. I would like to point out that Tarantino is like a personal drama club/fight club. You will have property managers for a few months before Tarantino decides to fire them and force more

08/14/14 by anonymous: I lived here from 2009 - 2013. My initial reviews were positive ones based on my experience with the place at the time. This used to be a really nice place to live, but at some point it just started going down. The building is old, outdated, and not of highest quality. I was fine with this at the beginning because it was my first apartment when I moved to the area and it was very cheap. more

05/16/14 by anonymous: I moved in here last week and I'm already regretful. My uncle is a HPD officer that patrols the area at night and has warned be about the home invasions, car break ins, drug dealers and prostitutes here. Last Thursday I turned in the "complaint checklist" they give you when you sign the lease and no action has been taken. There's a horrible roach infestation, mold on more
