Thanks Ladies - So far so good. I just moved from the apartments in Pearland and we had a shooting. This has been very quiet. The apartment is massive, and the staff has been cool about puting our numerous wedding packages in our apartment since we get in so late from work. My wife and I are very pleased. ...Full review of Landmark at City Park

Surprising - I wasn't really sure of the area and was worried about what might happen. It is very quiet and very friendly. It's like everyone looks after each other. I love the two bedroom apartment with the patio outside my bedroom. The patio is big too. They could have more hlep but so far so good after 7 months. ...Full review of Woodstone Manor

Very nice complex; not so nice customer service - It's great that you have a complex with nearly full occupancy, but if you're planning on leasing the vacant apartment homes to your friends or relatives, then it might be best if you don't advertise unless you're REALLY ready to actually lease to interested future tenants. They were very short and rude, almost as if you were interrupting their time in the office. I ...Full review of Quadrangle of Woodlake

Newport on the Lake

bad - Newport on the lake, it was a nice place before but things are getting bad now. Their rent is really high compared to other apartments around. Parking is the big issue you wont find parking spots at night and if you park at disable parking spot even due to lack of parking space newport will get your car towed. Do your research before you plan to move in. ...Full review of Newport on the Lake

This is a hard one... - I have been living here for about 5 months now, and everything has been fine with me. However, people I know right next door or up the driveway have different situations. They broke into a neighbor's car because she had rims & dark tint, well that's the only reason I can see why they did it. DAMN heathens! Now I'm unsure why they stole stuff out of another ...Full review of Costa Rialto

Lamaison - Been here since the beginning and like it. Gals in the office are nice and I haven't had any problems. I attended the omelet and crepe breakfast and met a lot of great folks that also seem to like it here. Rude leasing agents - This is a pretty nice apartment complex for the money, but its stupid to start raising rent because of electrical usage. My apartment gets so hot, i live upstairs and I blow the air conditioning all day because it never cools off during these HOT summer months. My next point, if you don't have to deal with Sherry in the office consider yourself lucky. She is so rude and ...Full review of Park Shadows

Nice place to live - Dakota Woods Apartments are very nice and a nice place to live. The complex is much very smaller than the other big giant complexs near by. The managers and the staff are very nice and very helpful. The apartments area are kept very clean. And many of my neighbors have lived here for many many years. Daokta Woods Apartments feels very safe even although there are no gates. Also good price ...Full review of Dakota Wood Apartment Homes
