02/01/14 by anonymous: Was told to visit this apartment complex....upon arrival I met with the rudest leasing consultant she was not helpful and seem relatively young. I ask to see the apartment and she said she didn't have a key for me to see it she also didn't say much about the property....she didn't seem eager or concern about making commission the day I came to visit. Also, she answer the phone more

07/11/14 by anonymous: God!!! I cant believe these ratings. I imagine some of the people who wrote them were other apartments or residents that did not have their lease renewed. Maybe some are justified I don't know but I will say this. I just signed a year's lease and it will be 10 years here. The rent went up some but when I checked around all the rents are the same around here and this is the BEST place. I more

01/22/14 by courtbutch: Hi am not going to sugar coat my experience. I still live here until my least is up in a little over a month. In getting the apartment the manager at the time was rude when asking for paper work. But i still dubbed the lease. It's been a year. They did lie and say maintenance was a priority but it isn't. They can take weeks to come if they don't think it's an emergency but it does more

03/17/14 by anonymous: If you have children this isn't the place for you. There are no play grounds or a community center for your children to be children. There is a pool but it's often locked. There is a gym but it's only opened during business hours,so it's usually empty because people are usually at work during those business ours. Mr. Bert is very nice and they are very understanding if your pay more

10/23/13 by anonymous: I wasn't going to write a review on these townhouses but after the rudeness I received from the front office, I think it's time. Ms Cheryl is awesome let me say (this complex DOESN'T deserve her) , but these replacement chicks are super rude (over the phone)but in person it's a different story. I guess that's because they can't hang up the phone on you, when more

07/14/14 by anonymous: If you are expecting to be able to swim do NOT move here. We moved to TX from out of state and expected to be able to swim at least 6 months out of the year. We moved in August and the pool was closed for the year in September. It did not open again until JULY 4. There is absolutely no excuse that is acceptable besides the management is lazy and do not care about their residents. When we moved in more
