630 Hawthorne is a gated 8 unit apartment (1 & 2 BR/1 bath). Covered off-street parking.Outside noise is typical for the Montrose/Neartown area. The tenants are friendly and somewhat like an extended family (with the occasional "family fights"). The grounds are uninspired and the tenants usualy do much of the upkeep ourselves. Sometimes it takes several weeks for management to replace burned out security lamps (and most of the door buzzers at the gate don't work). In fact, sometimes it takes several calls to the owner to get repairs to the apartments done. There is no office staff to speak of. Pet friendly. Owner also has several other properties in the Montrose area.
