 630 Hawthorne is a gated 8 unit apartment (1 & 2 BR/1 bath). Covered off-street parking.Outside noise is typical for the Montrose/Neartown area. The tenants are friendly and somewhat like an extended family (with the occasional "family fights"). The grounds ... more
