Family Tree Apartments

8811 Boone Rd, Houston, TX 77099

02/06/11 by dabombpuertorican: I moved to aspen part 12-23-10 and I love it. The maintenance is great and the managers are good too. I love the fact that they have cameras every where and when something needs to be fixed it is done! The only down fall is all these ghetto asz kids who talk and walk around here like they need a good asz whoopin. I ant imagin my kids acting the way they act. So therefore I keep my kids inside or more

Gables Upper Kirby

3206 Revere Street, Houston, TX 77098

01/08/11 by anonymous: I really like it here but here are my pros and cons: Pros: - Great staff/maintenance. - Great luxury details in the apartment. - Great upkeep of the property. - Zero problems regarding the garage parking. - Very quiet courtyard year round. - Feels very safe. Many doors require a key fob for entrance, not just the main doors. - Great area with restaurants, bars, shops, and more

Kelkind Manor Apartments

06/17/14 by anonymous: I love and miss this place. I lived there 2004- 2009 and during Hurricane Ike when Mrs Clifton was manager. You never forget places like this. I had great neighbors. more

London Park Apartments

14545 Bammel North Houston Rd, Houston, TX 77014

04/01/14 by Sandykaye50: I have lived here for a year and I have not had any problems so far. The only problem I see is the parking. People hog the parking with multiple cars in one house hold not to mention the over night visitors. The office staff are great. I have not seen a roach since I lived here. It is very quiet and I love the fact that I never see children running around. Maintenance comes within 1-2 days unless more

Mark Vi Apartments

5606 Bissonnet St # 3, Houston, TX 77081

07/06/11 by anonymous: We lived here for years and loved it. You can save money living here or if you are on a strict budget this is a great place for family. We were zoned to great schools, the rent was priced for what you get and the manager and maintenance do a good job. The location is fantastic. There is a roach problem so you have to be extra careful about leaving food out or put combat roach squares in more

04/24/11 by larrymiles114: I haven't moved into the apartments yet,but as far as I can see the complex it has improved a lot, I have nothing bad to say about the apartments yet. The staff seems really helpful and wants to please. more

Ravenwood Apartments

7964 Amelia, Houston, TX 77055

01/14/11 by anonymous: This apartment complex looks very run down from the outside but the inside is very nice... They are huge apartments and pretty clean. Like with all other apartments located next to a small or large bayou, I have battled roaches and mice... But a little bit of money and effort ran those suckers right off. It is quiet here and the crime rate is low. We have night time security whom actually more

6156 South Loop East, Houston, TX 77087

12/04/12 by anonymous: I have been living at the Villas apartments for about 3 years now, and in the past I have had some issues with getting stuff done in my apartment but since the new management has taken over they have been taking care of the things I have been calling for and the improvements on the property are looking a lot better. If it continues to improve I will renew my lease when it is up, the more

Bordeaux Apartments

5010 Woodway Dr, Houston, TX 77056

01/10/14 by anonymous: I recently moved out and finally have my own house, and my years at these apartments was over all pleasant, the recent change in management was not pleasant as the young lady now there in the apartment office seems very unprofesional and very condecending, other than that the place is great and I loved how quiet it was. more

Harper's Mill

16160 Kieth Harrow Blvd, Houston, TX 77084

07/09/14 by anonymous: All five-star rating due to the legend of Harper's Mill. Why sometimes the apostrophe, and other times not? Why only the biennial reports? This evil has crept into the late twentieth century, as it still retains a domain and website, but... it's... dead. It's like this complex is a modern-day Brigadoon, its lust for human souls to entrap outweighing the longevity of its infection. more
