Jackson Hill

320 Jackson Hill, Houston, TX 77007

07/08/14 by mahra-se: I love living here, Jackson Hill has been home since 2012. Leasing office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. I complain for the price, but if we look at the numbers sqft/$$ this is one of the best options in the area. I don't use much of the community amenities, I should tho, since they just upgraded the gym, and the residents clubroom (as they call it). The location is more

Tree Tops at Post Oaks (formerly Treetops Apartments)

4510 Briar Hollow Place, Houston, TX 77027

04/23/14 by anonymous: I would suggest you to live here if you work close by the Galleria. Two main factors are the location and safety. It's super convenient to go everywhere you want: groceries, shopping, foods, and parks. You can always get away from heavy traffic on 610 by local roads. Safety: as the apartment is mostly surrounded by offices, I've never heard of any break-ins. The community more

Wilshire Place (formerly Camden Wilshire)

6000 Hollister, Houston, TX 77040

07/11/14 by Verified Resident: Quiet Complex. No break-ins. Parking is great. Leasing office associates are very friendly and genuine. Maintenance is very quick with service requests. I'm very pleased renting here, exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to rent here. more

Amherst at Cityview

17103 Imperial Valley Drive, Houston, TX 77060

01/30/14 by anonymous: Afordable place, and quiet for the area, I lived here for over a year and only had one issue with maintenance since being here and It got fixed same day. I dont really care much about office staff but the times I have called they have been helpful, they claimed to have security but I dont see the officer daily, still I feel safe somehow. dont know of any problems with parking. more

Aspenwood Apartment Homes

2121 Pech Road, Houston, TX 77055

02/05/14 by anonymous: I live here now, and if you value having hot water at any reasonable hour, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. I have lost count of the times I've been in the middle of the shower and ALL the hot water dissipates within MINUTES. Just because this place is obviously in the improvement stage is no excuse for having old hot water heaters, or hot weaters so poorly maintained. keep more

Augusta Apartments

12655 Kuykendahl Road, Houston, TX 77090

06/25/14 by anonymous: Augusta has been my home for approximately 15 years. My daughter has gone from middle school ,high school and graduate from college as I resided there. I have seen the change of three sets of managers. The staff has always been very positive and assisting you in making your stay at the Augusta the best. The maintenance staff always go the extra mile in addressing any problems within the more

Boulevard Apartments

2440 North Blvd, Houston, TX 77098

06/10/14 by ahsgymnast8389: I've been living at this complex since November of 2013 and I don't have anything bad to say about the place. There is always parking, the office staff is quick to help with any problems you have, and the maintenance guy is AMAZING! He's always very quick to fix anything and then will call you to follow up. Some people say the traffic in the area is bad but find me a spot in Houston more

Cove Apartments

2000 Bay Area Boulevard, Houston, TX 77058

07/21/14 by Verified Resident: The community takes its privacy of their residents seriously. The office staff are willing to help in anyway they can. If the office staff is asked any hard questions and they do not have an answer for you, they will find the answers. The noise level is high at times because of the students that live in the commuity, but its manageable. more

Hidden Lake Apartments

900 Henderson Avenue, Houston, TX 77058

06/20/14 by ccjc2008: Worst apartment complex ever. Jon is one of the sales reps and is a liar. We never were informed that you have to pay a processing fee, gas ( what is gas in the apartment), water & sewer ( community bill), pest control ( huge bug issue and nobody fixes it) , trash pickup- the thing is your rent every month is never the same. Curious if we all paid out the ass for water when they had a major water more

IMT at the Medical Center

8181 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77054

07/09/14 by anonymous: Francisco from maintenance was very kind and installed a special hand-held shower head in our master bathroom so my cousin, who had a lung transplant just a couple of weeks ago, can bathe without worrying about her surgical incision. He switched out the showerhead in our second bathroom though his work order didn't mention it. Very nice guy. So far, IMT has been convenient, quiet, and safe. more
