Nob Hill on Burdine Street

9251 Burdine Street, Houston, TX 77096

12/09/13 by anonymous: My family and I have lived here only 5 months now, and its not bad. Yes, parking could be better and closer, but its covered. My neighbors are nice and I live right on a major bus route. Worst physical issue has been the boilers and have gone out twice leaving us with nothing but tepid water. The staff are good. I'd like to point out Helen and Sasha for being stand outs in getting more

01/31/14 by I have lived here for over two years and would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is awesome and they take care of their residents. The new property owners invested a lot into the property by upgrading everything including new roofs, new paint, new appliances, and an upgraded office/pool area. more

Chandler Park

1950 Eldridge Parkway, Houston, TX 77077

07/02/14 by KanchanV: I have been staying here for almost over 6 months now. The place is good, however the maintenance is extremely poor, and has lots of improvement which can be done. Everytime a maintenance request is raised it requires multiple followups before it is actioned. to quote an example : 1. There were Ants in the bathroom since the day i moved in the apartment and it took multiple requests and followups more

Dover Pointe

14445 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77049

01/27/14 by HoustonCowboy: My wife and I currently live here and are looking forward to moving out once our apartment lease is up. There are always things broken around this place, from the gates always being broken and left open, to our own appliances, and our neighbors seem to have very similar problems with their apartment as well. Just a few weeks ago, someone's truck was put up on blocks and more

Lofts on Post Oak

1901 Post Oak Boulevard, Houston, TX 77056

11/07/13 by anonymous: I have lived in the lofts for about 2 years now. As you can imagine, living with 500 people requires its compromises. Noise is pretty good. I only hear noise above me when the woman there is walking in high heels on the hardwood floor. Below me, my neighbor liked to rock his bass out a bit before I knocked on his door and talked to him. It hasn't been a problem since. The front desk more
