Memorial Apartments (formerly Sendera Memorial)

600 Nottingham Oaks, Houston, TX 77079

02/16/14 by anonymous: I moved here about 3 months ago to be closer to work and find cheaper rent. My one bedroom is $600/month and my bills run around $75/ month (Trash, water, electric). Cable is free. I was paying almost $1000/month for rent and bills in a MUCH crappier apartment in Montrose. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. I have only had one maintenance request but it was answered promptly. more

Memorial by Windsor (formelry Legacy at Memorial)

3131 Memorial Court, Houston, TX 77007

05/27/13 by anonymous: My wife and I have lived here since 2011 and we love it! We are expecting a little one and were naturally thinking of our finding ways to stay here. We can not say enough nice things about the management, staff and building. When you arrive there is always a friendly concierge, lead by the manager Shane, who is always available to help. Its not the stuffy help, but more

09/03/13 by anonymous: I Am being very HONEST when I say that I've been here for 3 years ,and if it wasn't for the fact that I need more space ,I would be here three more.If you are looking for a apartment living its a GREAT PLACE ,I have left my door open All day once by mistake, went on vacations, and I work everyday, and have never had a break in.The maintenance is on Point. The parking is more

08/26/12 by miserable55555: Yes they have remodeled, but they still allow the trash to live here. The staff is rude. It takes at east 2-3 calls to get anything repaired. I went 6 days with no A/C in August because no one could be bothered even writing the service request. The pools are rarely open. Trash everywhere. There is a complex curfew that is never enforced. Do not move here!!! more

Timber Ridge Apartments

5350 Aeropark Drive, Houston, TX 77032

11/27/12 by I currently live in this apartment community. First, I must say that I was a little skeptical of moving here because of the area. But we have one of the most quiet complexes in the area. Maintenance is great and despite the trash that people continue to dump on the grounds, it is cleaned up the very next day as the ground keepers are excellent and hard working. There are a few things that more

Versailles Park Apartments

7200 Almeda Rd, Houston, TX 77054

05/02/14 by anonymous: Lived here about a year. Rent is cheap-ish for the area (theyve gone up a lot), and I've never had any noise complaints. Some of the neighbors are creepy. They've started enforcing stupid rules and back them up with a $50 fine. Oh and they require a $100,000 renters insurance policy now. No other complaints really though. more

Walden Of Westchase

2828 Rogerdale Rd, Houston, TX 77042

12/29/11 by mangafiend59: I have lived here 15 months and have had a great experience living here. Pros: have trash pickup from our door 3x a week, same day or next day maintenance, built-in bookshelves. #82 to Galleria / Downtown Metro stop at the Westheimer corner. Cons: parking is pretty limited, you may have to park in a visitor area (the fence). Laundry room is in bedroom. In my experience, there more

Winrock Apartments

2100 Winrock, Houston, TX 77057

08/08/13 by nenrent99: I have lived at the Winrock for over a year now, and have found it a wonderful place to live. The rent is very reasonable for the area, and the apartment has met all my needs. Theresa the manager is always a pleasure, as is maintenance, who is very prompt. The pool and courtyards are clean and lovely, as are the neighbors I have come across. I wouldn't move unless more
