04/09/13 by anonymous: This complex has been torn down as of April, 2013 (I drive by there every day; it's a construction site for a big new luxury complex now) more

12/14/13 by anonymous: People complain about every little thing. I never write reviews because I guess I am too lazy lol. I love these apartments. They are located in the Southwest of Houston. S. Gessner and W. Bellfort. They are pricey for the area, but hey if you want cheaper you get more crime and what not. I pay $620 for a one bdrm thats about 650 sqft. I have all black appliances, and vinyl wood floors. All more

12/20/12 by anonymous: This place has gone down, unfortunately. Used to be ok but has too many issues now. Stray cats roam the complex. Apparently some resident registered them, so can't get rid of them through animal control. They sleep under cars, sometimes found sitting on top of cars, inside patios, on roof, in swimming pool, etc. Spreading fleas inside homes - had to get the leasing more

08/03/13 by anonymous: Do not move here. Air conditioning broke 3 times in 7 weeks, two times one week apart. Alex the repair guy says this is normal because the units sweat, and its not really broke if the overflow switch is cutting unit off. If the air won't come on, it's broke. They refuse to do preventive maintenance. Krystal makes false accusations, staff will enter the apartment under more

02/12/13 by browntamara24@yahoo.com: I MOVED HERE BECAUSE I NEEDED A SECOND CHANCE AFTER I RECEIVED A BROKEN LEASE IN 2010. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, SERIOUSLY! LIVING HERE HAS BEEN TORTURE SINCE DAY ONE. THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS, THE MAINTENANCE IS LESS THAN MEDIOCRE AND THE NOISE ISUNBEARABLE. I SWEAR I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE. FOR DOUR MONTHS OFF AND ON I'VE HAD A LEAK FROM MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SHOWER, more

12/17/13 by Pittsjas: I'd have to say I've been living here for almost a year now I've had to problems as far as my apartment goes and my well being. Every time I have an issue if there is one I call the office or if into the office. Also there is security here on sight 7 days a week I believe. Overall these apartments are not too bad at all. Previously they've probably had some issues but as of the more

03/03/14 by robertlsalley@hotmail.com: We have lived at Siena for going on three years and just signed another year lease. I see the rating here and it seems people are complaining about little things that are common at many communities, many of them tentant issues and not management issues. Communities are only as good as the people living there and the Windsor staff try to make sure quality people live here. There are always more

06/16/10 by hatelupeybarra: Some of these reviews are fake and lupe and cecilia should be hung for even trying to make this ghetto place look any better in words. My spouse and I lived here for a year and a half, when we moved in james and brandy were in charge. we loved them, they treated ALL tenants with respect and were courteous to EVERYONE. When we learned James was gone we were a little worried but hopeful that more

04/15/14 by anonymous: Well, lived there for a year and it's been great. I have not had any problems. As matter of fact lease is up and ready to renew again. Managment is great and any problems are taking care of early next day. As far as our neighbors, they are not loud at all. Guess it's good to know them, so when you are going to have company over, it doesn't bother them. Keep up good more
