04/15/14 by anonymous: Well, lived there for a year and it's been great. I have not had any problems. As matter of fact lease is up and ready to renew again. Managment is great and any problems are taking care of early next day. As far as our neighbors, they are not loud at all. Guess it's good to know them, so when you are going to have company over, it doesn't bother them. Keep up good more

08/19/13 by anonymous: These apartments are HORRIBLE when I say HORRIBLE I mean Horrible. Do NOT move in here no matter how bad you need a place to move. You have kids outside early in the morning playing music and being loud. There are roaches EVERYWHERE the staff doesn't notify you when you first move in about the roach problem and the list that you have to get on just to get pest control which still I still more

06/20/12 by anonymous: The apartments have went completely down. The toliets stop up after it rains. The parking lots floods to the point you have to park on the streets if you know that it is going to rain, to avoid your car getting flooded out. Hugh potholes, roaches are horrible, no matter if you are clean or not. There are several dope houses in the complex, you would think with all that more

02/01/14 by anonymous: My husband and I moved here as our second apartment together. We basically chose the lenox apartment homes because they accepted large dogs, they had w/d connections (we own our own w/d) and it was a good location between both of our jobs. We recently moved in with family to save money, but we liked living at the lenox apt homes. It is very pet friendly, whenever we brought our dog to more

09/18/12 by anonymous: Horrible Place!! WARNING: THEY HAVE NOW CHANGED THE NAME OF THE THE APARTMENT TO WESTCHASE CREEK APARTMENTS The first year I lived at camden creek, the management I encountered there in the past are better humans than the ones currently working there. The eventhough there were issues with higher ups in the management... the people at the lower level of the company were actually decent more

01/17/14 by anonymous: I've been here going on three years. I will not renews lease primarily because of the new management team, but also because this place has a lot of crime. Also the maintenance has gotten much worse. The pool is closed down since before summer ended. Heard through rumor it is because they fear someone will get electrocuted. But management always plays the I don't know card, more

07/20/14 by prmononoke: New maintenance guy is amazing! He really knows how to do things properly the first time. Old maintenance staff is mediocre, very nice but not very efficient. We would file 2-3 reports before things were fixed correctly. Office staff is horrendous. The weekend person is late every morning and leaves early. The evening person leaves early. Their hours are not very accommodating to begin with more

09/29/12 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have lived here since 2011 and unfortunately I renewed my lease because I was FOOLED by the new management and remodelling that was being done at the time that my lease expired. Now the management staff is even more incompetent than before. Now, I have to call 4 times or more to get them to fix a simple maintenance issues, and every time they are completely more
