09/16/13 by anonymous: This is a Horruble PLace to live, Please if you are grossed out by roachess, Huge California flying roaches, and other random bugs everywhere. Do not move here. There are alot of trees so bugs are prone but you would think they would treat the area so the children wont be affected or you wont find roachess in your home! They told me when I 1st moved in that the reveiws were not true more

01/29/14 by SaintFan87: I currently live here and have lived here since Oct 2012. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 1st floor. I love the apartment. The design, the layout, black appliance was everything I wanted; however!!!! Management effing sucks. I moved in the rent was 775.00. I renewed it went to 800.00 It's not a big increase, it's just not worth it. There are termites that eat through the more

05/31/13 by whatapt: I love my apartment. My true experience with managemwnt and their staff has been okay. They fix things in a timely manner and we love our place. Not all of the apartments are the same. I wish I had the newer cabinets (my apartment is not upgraded) but overall nothing beats the space. I moved from the DC area and I am here for work in the med center and this is great place to live. more

07/16/07 by ltrasczak@yahoo.com: Parkwood had huge yards with big trees and it was safe enough that you could let the kids play outside without watching them every minute. The neighbors were all well educated professionals, mostly from Asia. My son's best friend had a grandma who made great dumplings! It was zoned for HISD's magnet school, so we had the best public education in the city. It was a great place to more

07/31/09 by Ihopetheownersknow: That place was absolutely the worst place I have ever lived! I had a hole in my ceiling for over a month. It magically got fixed the day the owners were coming in from california. No matter how much you spray for bugs it doesn't help, they are in the walls and in the attic. The airconditioner has not worked properly all summer. I have proof and pics of the awful conditions. Also a more
