Normandy Woods Apartments are roach breeding and are highly unsafe. Vehicles are broken into at least twice a year. Car and home alarms are a necessity here unless apartment is facing Normandy St. Car alarms are a must and home alarms are only not needed if apartment is on the second floor and that is still questionable.
