This is a decent place but it's not much fun to go to the management office. At least in my case. I go there 2-3 times a year other than paying the rent and had some nasty experience. (haven't been there a while though)
There is ample parking. Nice location. Quiet place and neighbors. The fitness room is small, stinky and the equipment is very crappy. Most of them don't work properly. Considering there are a few of em anyway, you wanna go to the memorial park or a gym.
The most annoying thing is everybody pays the same for electricity (total complex bill divided among tenants) regardless of their use. I didn't enjoy paying $100 electric bill in a month when I was out of town for 3 weeks.
Move in here if you work close by and they give you a good deal. I wouldn't call this place luxury. There are much better places out there.
