Although Finger Co. likes to refer to its aprts. as "luxury", this is far from the truth. The rent is far too high for the limited amenities available in this complex. There have been multiple issues with auto vandalism & theft. It seems that general maintenance to the complex is not performed unless complaints are received. The plumbing is evident very old and you get "rust" water out of the pipes even if they have only sat idle for 24 hours. They have used cheap cheap cheap tub & countertop refinishers so that normal use creates peeling & chipping & management will charge you to refinish again when you move out. There is basically little or nor visitor parking. There are over 800 units in this complex many of which have families and there is no play area for children. The sprinkler systems around the complex flood the walkways everytime they come on but barely water what little grass and plants there are. Other than the location being convenient to the Galleria & Downtown areas, you would do much better & get more for your money elsewhere.

This review is dead on.... To add to the list of issues, if you get into these apartments and pay your own utilities, beware... It is not based on your personal usage, it supposedly is based on the total usage of the complex, less what the management feels is their part, and then the balance divided out amongst the apartments of equal size. Trust me, you are getting screwed.
