Unmanageable

This property at first glance is wonderful, the staff is helpful and the location can't be beat. Give it time. Once you move in everything changes, especially the staff. It's almost as though you are no longer a priority since the lease was signed. The water and electric are set up on one city meter and the total bill is divided up by the amount of square footage in your apartment. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't leave every single light on in each vacant unit on the property... 24 HOURS A DAY! What could be a reasonable electric bill each month will end up at $150 each month for a one bedroom apartment. They are unwilling to cooperate with tenants regarding issues and maintenance. And don't even think about moving out. It will cost you much more than when you moved in. $25.00 to clean an oven that was already cleaned... $25.00 to clean an already cleaned refrigerator. $50.00 to take out 2 tied off bags of old clothes. And $100 non-refundable pet deposit that was already paid. If you don't have any preferences about a complex, it's staff, and being treated with respect - this is the place for you!
