The parking situation sucks. Everyone had their spots moved and new residents got better spots than residents that have been here for years. They are not enforcing the new parking scheme and residents have been getting nasty with ach other as they try to figure out what the hell is going on. Management said they did it because they were haveing problems when new people moved in because no one kept track of what spots were open.......Too bad! That was their problem, and they shifted it on to us.
The bills suck. Our two bedroom apartment electric bill was $120 for last month, which was mild. Worse still, the people in a lower unit across from us of the same size had a $190 bill for the same period. They are supposed to be the same.....and since hers does not have to run the AC 24/7, it should be cheaper than ours. I need the math on that explained to me.
Finally, during the recent hurricane scare, the office said that residents could not put up boards to protect our windows....what does the leasing office do' They boarded up their whole office and those of the staff that live here. Nice.
These people care only for themselves, they shift their problems on to the residents, and they only care about the bottom line.

I totally agree with the high cost of the electricity bill. Its ridiculous and the office so claimed that it is cheaper compared to other electric companies-LIE. The only thing they care about is your rent money. Residents can't even get a warm hello when you enter the office to hand them your rent. I'm out of this place early next year when my year lease is up.

Most one bedrooms are in that range. Doesn't sound bad. By the way, the goal of the owner is to keep the residents, but you are probably right...they are self centered.

The electric bills from the company that bills out to the residents are more than a month behind. I am not sure why no one would greet you as you walked in. I always stand up and smile when someone enters the office, as my co-workers do. I am sorry you have had bad experiences here at 9900. I hope that I can help in changing that. Please let me know if I can help. Nashira |

My mother owns a 2400 sf town home in Houston, and her bills are maxt $250 in the summer (electric bill that is). So yes, the bills at this apartment complex suck ass.

Our 3/3 den 2000 square foot apartments averages less than that. The bills are not bad. You also have to look at the bigger picture (not just money); her town home is probably newer and has double paned glass, great isolation, and the works. Unfortunately, we are an older community that does not have those things. I am truly sorry that you feel that way about the bills.
