This place was cool for a couple of days, but I think thats just the new place "vibe" you get whenever you change residencies. About the management, yeah.......Didn't like them. If you're reading this management, I don't like you. You're really shady and rude, but thats the Finger Company's standard of customer service. Shady........... You'll never see your deposit, so get that out of your head. The AC drip pans leaked all over me and my next door neighbor. His coined phrase was, "I got fingered by the Finger company." The Finger company is of course the prop. mgmt. or owner, I really don't care. It's not really all bad. It does flood like the Mississipi during the rain season, and smells bad during that time. The parking is bad, and if you finish your lease, but your roomate renews, you won't get your deposit, so prepare to go to small claims court. All in all I give 9900 Memorial a "I'd rather live in Section 8" rating. And who knows, eventually they may go Section 8, just to get more money, even if it's in the form of Federal Housing Vouchers. Luxury Apartments my a$$.
