No empathy towards their tenants,

My apartment was completely flooded by a broken pipe. They fixed it, however, they seemed angry by my request for a walk-through. Some of my rugs and furniture where outside because we were trying to get the water out, however, they told me if I did not remove the outside items I would be fined $25. The requested for this walk-through was to ensure I am not charged for all the saturated walls and carpet stains. They are very professional, but insensitive to the customers problems. Also, they started to evict during my first month of occupancy because they lost my check. They found it, however there was no apology.
