Old and getting run down

I have lived here for 3 years and gave 60 days notice. Buying a house and wanted to go month to month till it is completed. Management said sorry your place has been leased you can move into another unit for even higher rent(than the month to month) but you can not stay in your apt. There are 3 similar units availabe in my area that I know are empty with the lights on and probable A/C running. We pay utilities on some mathimatical deal that I can never get in writing. I have called the office I have called the billing company now alliance and they say speak with the office.
As others have said it is a money scam.
It did not bother me in years past but now with car breakins and constant notices it is not somewhere I want to live so I am gone.
But if you like to gambe then this is a good place location is great and maintance has been good but they have roach and insect problems with Houston that may be normal.
Oh if you are taller then 5' 5" watch your head when you park.
The insulation is non existant I have heard my neighbor coughing for 3 years I can wait to get out. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
