This place is cheap and convinient but you get what you pay for. The AC/heating system is old and constantly breaking. The leasing office doesn't really care about helping their residents.

There's been a lot of late night car breakings and all they do is send you a note telling you about it but nothing seems to get done.
The apts are old and you have to share the utilities with the other residents so if you're a single person with a social life living next to a family of 5 you get screwed no matter how much you watch your electricity and water consumption. Not to mention the property doesn't help (not even sure they pay their fair portion of the bills)

This is dead on. Leasing office has some new talent, but still has long way to go. The reviewer failed to mention that, on top of the increase of car break-ins, there have been two muggings in recent months....so crime is escalating.
