9900 Memorial Apartments

Unhappy tenant From: unhappybanker Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartments have a heat problem during the cold months. The office controls when the heat can be turned on. Ever since the cold weather started I have been some some days without heat because the temperature was not below 50 degrees. At least that was the excuse that the office gave me when I called and reported that my apartment was cold and that I needed to turn on my heat. I was told that the heat could NOT be turned on because the weather was not cold enough. This one of the many issues that has made my stay at 9900 Memorial stressful. The Mangement and staff are uncaring. Every time i go to the office I leave feeling that they care nothing about the tenants. Everything is al;ways out of their control!!'
