I would like to respond to the response written by Silver4444. We apologize that you are disappointed with our community. We would appreciate your time and would like to schedule a meeting with you to discuss what it is that has made you unhappy. Our goal is to assist you with your needs and make your living environment more enjoyable. We feel our community is constantly improving, however, any feedback that one may have be it positive or negative is always welcome.
As far as the reviews we can not control who writes reviews. I can tell you that a resident did personally admit that they were upset with us for tagging their inoperable / unauthorized vehicle so they were going to write negative ratings and continue to write them even when he moves out. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior exist not only at 9900, but other communities as well. We do have a huge percentage of clients that are satisfied and for that we are grateful. What you don't see are the thank you cards, the baked goods that fill our office daily and the high percentage of clients that have been living at 9900 for 10 years or more.
Please do not base your opinion of 9900 on what others have written. We welcome you to come to 9900 Memorial, meet the staff and take a tour. We are sure you will be pleased with your visit.

your response only proves my point. it's a lame attempt to raise your already pathetic ratings. If you were so unconcerned about the so-called fake reviews on this site, then why do you waste so much time responding to them??

You need to go back for some customer service training (that is assuming that you have been for one,i'll give you at least the benefit of a doubt)taking into consideration all the comments posted on this site,Ginger and your team need to realise that this is your job,noone forced you to do it,if you do not like customer service,there are other jobs out there that you do not have to deal with people.Hope you'll not realise this when its too late.(by the way,i'm not the person whose vehicle you tagged)

hahaha.. management team you guys really crack me up!! Thats the best letter I have seen since I moved here! Your services is piss poor along with a bunch of small time crooks working in office.. Its just like having Bush running the office and screwing everyone in the butt hole.. You guys certainly dont have my points and if anything else i am reporting to you to BBB! Oh yeah don't let me forget your company the FINGER managements does have an unsatisfactory!
