Ok, i am going to rant about what is wrong with this place because clearly reading all the other reviews should give you the idea of what i will speak of. No matter how cheap the rent is...DONT DO IT. DONT MOVE HERE! The staff does not care about you and are very incompetent. They will get you to sign for the price but honestly...the cheap rent is not worth the rats, roaches, and numerous other problems.

Just do a zip code search of 77024 and look at the number of reviews that this place has gotten. 88!! look at the other places...10,15, 20. Doesnt even compare to 88 huhh' And you can see the majority are NO's. (yes are all management...im sure u can tell) SO again DONT do it.

Right below me management posted a commit about crime but gave themselves a score of 5.0. They know that tenats are striking back and spreading the word out so they have to post a comment and give themselves a high score just to save face. Do you really want to live in a place that has management stoop so low.

I promise you, this is the WORSE complex off on I-10 if not on the West side in general. Pay 100 more and look somewhere else in the area or pay 100 less and find something outside the beltway.

You will thank me when u turn on ur kitchen light and dont see roaches everywhere.... or get thirsty and turn on the faucet to BROWN WATER or sadly enough...hearing the girl upstairs say her boyfriends name cause the walls are paper thin.

this place is just horrible!

Mothers, College kids, Older people, Single Women, Single guys, Couples, Dont move here. The Reviews are true...this place is HUGE NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I live there and have had no problems what so ever. If you want good quality service, you have to be polite to people and appreciate them when you get it. I've had a few roaches, but call and ask to be exterminated!! They will do it every week if you need it. As for Rats, I have been here almost 5 years and I have not once seen a rat anywhere around my building! Not even at the dumpster. CRIME IS AN ISSUE EVERYWHERE. I lived in a gated community with guards and my car was stolen right out from under my nose - 28 were stolen that Christmas Season. If you have a problem, just call the office and if they can't get to it right away or forget, call them again. We are only human and our manager now is by far the best this place has had in all the years I 've been here - it's very convenient to my office and also all the freeways. A family member was car jacked at GUNPOINT at Willowbrook Mall in the Lord and Taylor Parking lot on a Friday afternoon!!! CRIME Is EVERYWHERE In this city. You can never let your guard down! I have lived in very nice, expensive places and had very bad experiences.

Thanks for posting a respone 9900 Memorial Management ^. HAHA!! You pretty much just proved my point from above. How low do you guys go just to save face? And formerresident, LOL! very funny comment. But ya after a while it get old and u wish the walls had a lil more thickness to them. Just see it as a dog barking all night long. You might say its cool for the first few days but after a while ur like "that d%&# dog!!!" LOL

THERE IS A RAT INFESTATION IN THIS COMPLEX. If you have never seen a rat here you must be blind. Good, quality service is the managements job, it shouldn't matter if you are polite, rude or just plain stupid - it IS the Management's job to be nice, polite and respectful. That is part of what they are paid to do. Crime is everywhere, but why PAY someone to sit on there butts and pretend to be security? I shouldn't have to call more than once to get anything fixed, that is managements job, that is what they are there for, or is it just to take your money once a month? Don't be rediculous!
