My mom and I have lived here since the beginning of November - we are considering breaking our lease. We have had 2 instances of vandalism, and one yet again this morning - keying of cars, dog poop stuck in the door handles of the cars. It is just unacceptable. Also, we went with out a working stove for 2 months because maintenance could not fix it - we finally got a new one - after having to eat out for 2 months (we now cook every night). Also, the hose to our garbage disposal has deteriorated and we have called the office 3 times and they cannot seem to fix it - they keep telling us the disposal is fine...when that wasnt our complaint in the first place - it's the hose... The management just has a "dont care" attitude, and we are tired of it. We signed a 12 month lease, but cannot bare it another 6 months. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone.
