The rent is excessive for the age of the complex. Parking is a complete joke. The washers and driers rarely work, the pool is never clean, and the common areas smell of dog poop. Whats worse is office staff are constantly ... more

Best thing I've ever seen in my rear view mirror

When I first moved in (2008) I had a great experience. However, pot smoker next door gang breaking in and slashing all furniture with knives worst office staff ever bat infestation in courtyard = get the heck out of there!
