Nice, Quiet Place to Live

I have to laugh about the June review saying something about open drug dealing. In all fairness to that reviewer, when we first moved in here, we were a little suspicious of some across-the-hall neighbors who seemed to have a lot of miscellaneous visitors at all hours. Shortly after we moved in, they moved out, and a glimpse inside their apartment as they moved was pretty scary and seemed to confirm our suspicions (the place was a pigsty). Anyway, they're gone now. My husband and I are professionals with two children and the overall make-up of the complex seems to consist of about 1/3 families w/ children, 1/3 heterosexual singles/couples, and 1/3 --- singles/couples.
I think the office staff is a pretty good bunch of people, with special kudos going to Charae and Dovie, two very sweet ladies who go out of their way to help you out. Maintenance is excellent, and they don't just wait until it's broken to fix it, but exercise preventive maintenance to make sure the place always looks good. My husband and I have been very pleased with our experiences here and intend to live here until we buy a house within a year or two. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
