we did not move into the Quarters. i was immediately turned off by a guy in the leasing office when i went to tour the property.

i had been to about 10 communities earlier in the day, including the siena, the estates, and the museum tower. i walked in and stated that i was interested in looking at some apartments. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, for around 1500 a month. he said there weren't any in that price range for the time period i was looking. that was it. no tour, no looking @ models, nothing. he never got out of his damn chair. he didn't even offer a brochure, i had to ask for it.

my boyfriend and i finally chose the Museum Tower off Montrose & 59, a far superior property with awesome views of downtown and the galleria area. we were treated so well we actually waited two months longer than we had wanted initially and paid more (about 1800). just goes to show you what excellent service can get you... and no service too.
