The management will not take responsibility for any faults and don't respond in a timely manner. Sometimes the management doesn't respond at all and a third party needs to be involved.

I agree 100% with this statement. Under the OLD owners and management, things got done. The new management makes it seem you are "bothering" them with any request you have. Lousey response time for simple things like a light buld replacement. They have taken away that "New Orleans" feel of the place (removal of the fans in all the hallways, not renting out the clubhouse which WE pay $$$$ for, having office hours that start when most of us are at work and closing hours when most of us are on our way home from work. NO tanning booths. NO control of the garages. (People still use it like it were the Indy 500 Speedway. ALL of the office staff has a piss-poor attitude that comes off as they could NOT be bothered with any of the residents. They must remember.....WE pay their salary. Without us, they HAVE no job!! The quality of EVERYTHING has gone down hill big time. The wine socials are lame and are using VERY cheap wine, the Sunday brunches are now using cheap products and what happened to the outdoor cookouts? I am sorry, but this place has gone WAY down hill since Pace (a private owner) sold it off to AMLI (a huge corporation, who cares more about cutting costs, making money and screwing us, the residents.) Make your thoughts known. The best way to get them is to hit them where it hurts......right in the pocket. Money talks.....-------- walks!

Signed,
A VERY UN-Happy resiedent of the former Quarters at Memorial.
