i just left this place. new mgmt is horrible. not to mention they cleaned house with the staff and kept the snootiest leasing agent that was there. and the new mgmt spent money re-decorating the already elaborate front office, only to warn that they will cut ammenties....the free internet will dissapear soon...they started nickeling and diming for TRASH....when i came up for renewal they increase rent almost $100, why would you need to charge an extra $4.99 for TRASH...they do not do door-to-door pick up...previous mgmt was great and maintained all promises...AMLI is cutting corners and still wanting to get the premium bucks for less....they are unaware of things that go on within the property....they do not walk the property at all...they rely on the maintence staff to do note problems...we know what that means.....oh, did i mention a corvette was left on blocks on night...all 4 tires/rims gone....surrounding area outside of the few apt complexes nearby is scary.....

I have to agree about the very unpleasant experience with the leasing office agents. I was looking for an apartment there and was so pissed off with the leasing office associate(male) attitude that I just got up and left w/o even looking at the apartment. Very unpleasant person. Looked like it was not in his interests to lease me an apartment.

This review is right on target. When Amli took over management became worthless. The beautiful lobby became motel-ish. They did eliminate losts of amenities including internet. But what really ticked me off was charging for trash that I had to take out myself. Rent almost double after Katrina to keep people from being able to move in. Once it goes up, it never comes down.
