Horrible management, poor parking, nice neighbors

I lived in this property for over four years. The place is nicely kept in new condition, and the neighbors are great. If you choose to live in a loft think again. There is no storage space. If you have friends visiting they would have to find parking in the garage and find their way to your apartment which could be an adventure. You only have one parking space per loft aprartment. If you have two cars - tough luck have to park in the garage a few blocks away. If you do park in the fire lane- watch out! The management is rude and will tow your car without calling you or send the houston police in to give you a $300 dollar ticket!!!
As nice as the surroundings, the management is intolerable. Rude, obnoxious, constantly increasing prices, this place is not worth your dime. If you pay as much as you do here for square footage, go next door to the estates where the management (according to my friends) has been more than accomodating. Or check out the new place on Allen and Studement. The prior management was OK to deal with, but when AMLI stepped it - it has been horrible. Look elsewhere for your own sanity.
In the four years I've been there there have been many car thefts as well. Watch out.
