RUDE STAFF, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES

I lived in this complex for two years and I loved living there until AMLI took over. The formerly friendly staff of "The Quarters" left and was replaced by rude, incompetent employees who don't understand how to run a business.
Beware of unbelieveably high move out costs!! They will charge you for EVERYTHING and they will not negotiate on certain things even though it's documented on paperwork! It is definitely not worth the hassle. This place is located in a nice area but you can definitely get more for your money elsewhere. I highly recommend NOT moving here.
