I have lived here since 2000 and it is by far the best apartment I have lived in. I am surprised to see anything negative associated with AMLI Towne Square. The staff is superior to any other I have encountered, extremely knowledgeable and helpful (they even deliver my packages when I ask them to), the maintenance is very good and really friendly (they explain exactly what they do and how they fix things). I can only assume that people who complain, are ones who do not follow the rules and pay rent late. I have never seen any trash anywhere, the place is immaculate. As far as flooding, every apartment had water during that big storm. My friend lived 20 miles away and was affected. I have a great view of downtown. My apartment is very nice and the rent is way below what you would expect. I always have great experiences with AMLI.
