Going Downhill

On the positive side, this complex has nice gardens on the inside. The grounds are well kept up, clean (except for dog feces) and free from car traffic. The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and helpful.
Management, however, lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. They also show very little concern about deficiencies in this complex. These include severe security problems such as numerous car and some apartment break-ins.
Up until fall of 2003, this place was rather quiet. Since then, it has become a haven for crowded, noisy and rowdy weekend parties with drunk and yelling people spreading out into the hallways and staircases. As for management, these boisterous celebrations are part of an apartment complex living community.
In regards to current market conditions, rental rates have remained on the high side, at least for people who have lived in the complex for several years.
