Nice place, if you don't value your property.

In the almost two years I have lived here (AMLI) my car has been broken into twice and vandalized once. The management considers an adequate response to be writing a letter to tennants reminding them not to leave valuables in their car. Is my radio considered a "valuable'" Evidently it is, cause they stole it. There have been at least 6 episodes of car break-ins (multiple incidents each episode) in 20 months, and one car had its wheels stolen! It would cost the monthly rental of two units to pay for a night time guard on premises, and the management knows it. They claim to have a off-duty officer working on random nights (I have never seen him), so I suppose he works on the nights when I don't walk through the garage. Noise is a problem, parking is difficult and tight, but all in all not a bad place, if you don't value the safety of your vehicle. My lease is up soon and I will be moving. I would do it quicker if I could.
