If you sign a lease here, you will pay at least 1 extra month in fees that AMLI will find when you try to move out. They are terrible to deal with and will not bend 1 inch no matter what kind of a tenant you are.

I am a very clean and on-time tenant, having never paid rent even one day late. My car was broken into in their "gated" parking garage and they did not forgive even a cent in rent when the damage was around $1,500. Still, 4 to 6 cars get broken into every week in their garage and there are sometimes bums panhandling inside tha garage steps aways from the residences. They have neglected to do anything to secure the garage.

When it comes time to move out, get ready for the worst because every time that you think they are done billing you, you will get another one. The management seem nice, but it is not real. When anything costs anything to them or you, you will get the short end of the stick, and then they will take some more.

If I were you, I would get the code to their pool and come on the nice days (which is what 80% of the people at the pool do to the point where residents usually do not get a chair) and DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!
