When I submitted I move-out notice I asked how much rent I would have to pay to stay three weeks longer. I was given a price, agreed to it, and signed the document. Three weeks later they said the office person had made an error and I owed $200 more. I refused, and they then added on another $800 in late fees!!! I've had to fight to remove this from my credit report. These people are jerks. Stay away.
