Do not rent here!

I recently moved out of Amli Towne Square and had a one bedroom with an extended balcony. I enjoyed the location but the apartments themselves are subpar. Overpriced for a very standard inside, I was on the second floor and neighbors gripe about people walking around. Forget about your deposit because i had the place professionally cleaned and they still took over half my deposit, charging me $125 for cheap carpet that was already years upon years old to $15 dollars per fan for "not dusting ceiling fan blade" among other ridiculous charges. My tub was resurfaced and would flake off everytime it was cleaned. I have yet to get my portion of the deposit back even though they say they will give you a check within 30 days after receiving their itemized invoice. When you sign the lease they don't bother to tell you in the entire complex there is ONE trash bin in which is on the total opposite side of the buildings along preston street. Pet deposit is $600 bucks on top of a $15 a month pet fee. I have lived in many apartments and would stay clear of this one.

One trash bin? You must be reviewing the wrong complex. Granted there are only two trash bins located by the parking garage.
