Seriously'

I would never recommend living here to anyone. I paid the same amount on rent in Chicago and got a larger apartment there that had WOOD floors and not CARPET (mine had stains on it when i moved in here).
I also signed up for automatic rent payments with my credit card and I handed in all the paperwork for it IN PERSON and I guess they just threw the papers away because they tried to tell me I never turned them in and then charged me late rent fees, and then a few days later threatened to evict me. Because THEY LOST my paperwork.
I was able to work this out with them but it took a few days trying to get a hold of someone who knew what they were doing.
I thought that was bad enough but this morning my friend's car was broken into, and when we called the office they said that 6 other peoples' cars had been broken into as well (today). They did nothing about this because through some loophole in Texas law, as long as you have absolutely no security measures (which they don't, not even a camera or a security guard) they aren't liable.
Also the elevator in the parking garage is ALWAYS broken, and the hallways are dirty. Once there was a *PIZZA* smeared all over the WALL in the hallway for almost a week. If you're going to pay this much money to live somewhere, go somewhere where the management actually knows what they are doing, not somewhere where they give you ATTITUDE when THEY LOSE your paperwork.
