Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Lived here for almost a year with no problems. Management handled Ike beautifully and keeps tenants well informed. Parking is great and availability to DT is unbeatable. My problems have been fixed with two days every time. Carpet could be cleaner. But if that is my only complaint, I'll take it.
