Nice at first, but BEWARE too many petty charges...

At first, I thought this place was awesome. It is clean and very well kept. But, the leasing staff is just friendly enough to get your business. But ask them for any kind of help and they treat you as if you don't belong in their super-fancy complex.
You have to give 2 months notice for move-out and that fancy entrance gate remote with a "deposit" of $50 is NOT refundable upon return of the remote - even if they tell you otherwise.
And most certainly, you will be charged for normal wear and tear upon move-out. They make sure that you don't see one penny of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. That scratch on the bookshelf - $15. That spot of grease on the stove - $8. Your tub not clean enough - $15.
And just when you think you're out of there - you own them more than your deposit.
This place will make you feel at home for the first few months, but after that - you're paying for way more than you bargained for...
BEWARE!!!
