Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
1) Noise level is terrible. The walls are too thin and the neighbors (at least mine) were very inconsiderate.
2) The people who work in the office are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They generally treat you like they are too good to speak to you. They are very unprofessional and prone to make mistakes on contracts, etc.
3) The place is very unsafe. In the 3 yrs that I was there, there were multiple break-ins and vandalisms.
