YOUR CAR WILL BE BROKEN INTO!!! IT HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH!!! DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
The office staff is rude and they take the attitude that if you are complaining about something (asking them to uphold their end of the lease) it is YOU that is the problem. Of course, there polite enough when you are stopping to drop off your check, or when you aren't asking for anything. Have chronic noise problem with your neighbors' TO BAD. STOP COMPLAINING. They count on high college student turn over so they don't care about long term customer service.
The complex is also oversold and parking rules are never enforced. As a result, finding parking after hours is next to impossible. Additionally, many people park in handicap spots, walk ways and fire zones making it difficult to park in many legitimate spots.
