Not worth it !!

Have lived here for about a year and will not renew my lease. First let me say that the apartment is well maintained from my experience, good maintenance crew. But the apartmentment has very thin walls so you hear footsteps all night long, and the doors slam all night long. You willl find it hard to get rest. The management tries to act nice but when you complain they do nothing. My advice is to only live somewhere that you have assigned parking spaces because you will never find one here. My neighbors smoke and throw cigarete butts everywhere. In general if you are used to apartment living than it may not bother you too much otherwise try to rent a home. For the price that AMLI charges its just not worth it, spend less somewhere else & get the same or better service. Also remember try to visit any complex that you intend to move into during the afternoon or pm hours and then see what its like.
