Poor Management, lots of problems

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
The appartments are nice, mostly quiet. However the new management is really really bad. I've stayed in this complex three years, now that it has been taken over by AMLI I'm leaving it.
- had to go to the office 3 times to have them fix a leak in the roof.
- made repairs on the balcony without prior notice: moved all the plants, damaged some, hurt the cat.
- some employees at the office are rude, and incompetent
- inconvenient office hours
- overcharged water bills (2,5 times more expensive for the same appartment since AMLI came in!!!)
- gates always broken
- overcharged the rent: our rent was >1100. When we renewed we checked the current rate of the appartment and it was <900. They wouldn't lower our rent a dime!! We are not renewing. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
