3rd floor is the way to go.

When I first moved to AMLI, I was on the 2nd floor and I could hear every footstep that the tenants right above me took. It also didn't help that the female resident wore clogs or that they had frequent parties. After MANY complaints, I finally decided to move to a 3rd floor apartment, which resulted in a $600 fee.
Now that I am on the 3rd floor, I can still hear cars outside, but otherwise no other concerns. When my lease is up, I will renew it. It's a nice clean place with a good staff.
