Got my renewal recently and they are jacking up my rent over $90. This is not as outrageous as them informing me that if I intend to renew, they will charge $4 freaking dollars per month to send me a bill'! What company does this' Isn't sending you a bill a cost of doing business' AMLI totally sucks for doing this!

Send you a bill for what?The rent is due on the first,why do they have to send you a bill?

For your rent which includes your rent water bill. They call it a "consolidated statement" fee.
