My wife and I have rented two apartments at AMLI on Eldridge - a two bedroom, and now their biggest three bedroom (since we had our second daughter). We've had very few problems with the apartments themselves - our air conditioner went out, but they were fairly quick to fix it, and even knocked off some money off that month's rent.

No problems whatsoever with the management...as far as apartment management companies/staff go, they're pretty good.

For the money, I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find a better value in the Eldridge area. 1,575 square feet for less than $1,400/month.

The only thing that has bothered me is the break-ins on the property...nothing has happened to us, but there have been others. The carded-entry gates to the property usually work, but when they don't, they remain open for every yahoo to roam the property. I wish they'd either get more reliable gates, or hire security full-time.
