I agree that there have been some problems in the past and I think that the management staff is trying thier very best to get caught up with the mess that was left to them. When I first moved in I was not a happy customer and contacted corporate to get what I wanted fixed. As far as the theater goes, I don't think that we should have to pay. I think there should be a $150.00 deposit. Only if you mess up the theater and leave it a complete mess would they have the right to keep your money. They have to protect their investment. They also want to keep the theater in good shape and hold only the people responsible for messing it up. Things are getting better. I love the floor plans and fell in love with the kitchen. If you can't get a home because of credit or want luxory style living then this is a good place to live. I give it 2 months and this property will run like a well oiled machine!!!!!

I really think you are living in a dream world. In order for things to get better, the management has to at least try to be friendly, and the main person that greets everyone at this apartment complex does not know the meaning of the word.

I agree with nopleasantplace, I was completely shocked at the lack of courtesy by the leasing agent, she was rude and impersonal

The management here is very friendly. In order to get respect you have to give it. I had a problem when I first moved in. I know people make mistakes. After my problem was fixed I went in and spoke to management and everything has been good ever since. In order for a problem to be fixed you have to let it be known. I think that the people who are complaining have nothing better to do. I enjoy living here and I am a responsible adult that knows how to treat people. Maybe some of you should give it a try and you wouldn't have all of these "problems".
