Might want to keep looking

When moving into The Bentworth Apartments I thought that it was going to be a great place for the money. It might be a low income familys area but the insides looked nice. Things were good for the first month... then the neighbors got loud. One day I was going to work and saw a cop talking to the tenants on the second floor, when my husband left shortly after me the cop was now talking to the tenants on the bottom floor and by time I came home both the apartments were empty and they are still empty almost 8 months later. I have walked out my door to see graffiti on the walls of the apartment; I have also walked by people smoking weed out in the open in front of children. I NEVER walk at night and when I do come home with my daughter after dark I am pretty much terrified at what could happen. My husbands truck has been broken into and damaged, as well as another tenant the day before. The apartment management did not notify any of the tenants to warn them of this ongoing matter. The "Gated Communities" gates are rarely ever closed. The parking sucks and pot hole city. When we moved in last March they said that they were working on taking care of the pot holes. A year later they are still there. You hear loud pops that sound like gun shots, yes this could be firecrackers but still not comforting when you are at home by yourself. Dont take this risk. If you think that bad things will never happen to you think again!
